My browser keeps sending me to Europe for the ITRC

When I try to open up http://www.itrc.com, 9 times out of 10 I get routed to the Europe ITRC and I don't have (nor want) an account there. I have to click back on the America's site, and I get in, but then it tries to take me to Europe for other links. What do I need to do to correct this? TIA!

You have to contact someone at HP ITRC to fix your profile. Same thing happened to me.

Hi Joey,

You have two registerd userids. This may or may not be causing redirect problems when you try to login due to confusion with multiple cookies. I suggest you search your cookie file using your internet browser tools and delete the cookie "cm" files. This should remove old references to your other login information. Please be aware that you will delete your current login info as well. I'll send you both in a minute. Also, you can change the URL in your browser bar from "europe-support" to "us-support" to get to the correct login page (troublesome, but it does expedite things).
