N4000 Supported on HP-UX 11iv2 or v3

Have been asked by the boss to install HP-UX 11iv2 or v3 on an old N4000. I know the model numbers changed about 4 years ago, and the N-class is now the RP5400 series. Question is, does it specifically have to be the RP Model, or does the N-class allow installation of this OS?

Hi,

your server will run fine with 11.23 (11iv2), but it is not supported with 11.31, see also
