Native Multipath in 11.31
We have rx8640 with 11.31 installed on it and this server is connected to a IBM San Storage.
On Friday the Storage Team change the HBA card on the array controller as the storage inherited the same WWPN.
There was no change in lunpath on the OS side. But in dmesg I saw the below errors. The Errors suggest that I/O from this failed path did not move the other HBA.Please advise what could be th reason of the I/O not being done from other path.
Please correct me i.

Re: Native Multipath in 11.31
A possible problem: the array presents a LUN based on the WWN of the HBA. If the HBA is replaced, it has another WWN - hence the array does not present any LUN to this HBA, until the array configuration is adjusted. Same for WWN based zoning in your SAN. For all array related changes it depends on the array - all steps done related to a replacement?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
