Glance is a purchaseable product. You have to buy a license for it, then you get a codeword so you can unlock it on your application CDs. There is a 30 day trial version, but I don't think it's downloadable - you will still need to install if from CD.

Since 10.20 has been out of support since Dec 2001, I don't think you can even purchase the product anymore. You will find an evaluation copy on your set of 4 or 5 Application CDROMs which will let you run it for a couple of months.

Unfortunately, what you really need is a plan to migrate from 10.20 to a newer release of HP-UX such as 11.11. The are no bug or security fixes being done for 10.20, so continuing to run 10.20 is a gamble. If you are having performance issues, then you might want to use sar, top, iostat, vmstat, bdf, swapinfo, etc. to isolate your problems. The forum can probably help you with more with that.
