Need to generate linkup/down traps from HPUX11.0

I'm doing some testing on an HP-UX11.0 system where one test case requires me to receive the MIB2 traps coldstart, linkup, linkdown.

I've configured to forward traps to a win32 client and I receive the coldstart when the agent is restarted.

However, I don't receive the linkup/down traps when I bring down the lan interfaces. I've looked on the web, here, the man pages etc. but don't see any mention of how to configure/deconfigure which traps I receive.

Can someone tell me what I need to do please?

Discovered that there was some product bundle that was missing on my system (EMS Mib-Monitor).
