NES and JDK 1.3 Problems on K system

I know this may be a long shot but I have a user who is working on a K system with HP-UX 11.0 patched to current levels and he is having trouble using JDK 1.3 with Netscapes I-Planet Web Server 4.1.5 (Netscape Enterprise Server). Below is the errors he is seeing within the error log of I-planet Web Server 4.1.5. Any body out there have any ideas on how to fix this issue. I searched the web to no avail so I am presenting this to all you experts. Thanks for the help and let me know if you need additional information
