Net installation
Hi, folks
I had craeted a ignite server and created bundles. when i am trying to install to a m/c using ignite, it give me the error
"The target system "x", is not allowing root remsh access by you (root@x). would you like to set the .rhosts file on that system at this time (y/n)"
if i say 'y' the error appears again, 'n' terminates the ignite.
From the prompt i can do remsh to client
any solutions?
thanx

Re: Net installation
Hi,
This problem solved by modifying resolv.conf file.
Now another problem :
Ignite process gets the client info (hostname, lan info, netmask etc).
then dispalys:
Copying /opt/ignite/boot/WINSTALL & /opt/ignite/boot/WINSTALLFS to x
The ignite process stops here it wouldn't proceed.
prior to this i had created OS and Application CD's archive
using
#make_config -s /cdrom -c /var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.00/xxx
#manage_index -a -f /var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.00/xxx
any body has the solution pls respond
