net:sftp installation issues

I have been trying to install net::sftp in HP-UX 11.11(PA-RISC)for more than a week but in vain. While trying to install this perl module, I get the error "cannot locate Math/pari.pm". We have also tried to install the dependancies net:ssh, GP/PARI, Math:pari. But while trying to run the Makefile.pl of Math::Pari, we get the error "Do not know how to process MakeLVL1.sh; and the error comes from PariBuild.pm".

I need to add Net::SFTP to perl on HP-UX 11.23 too.
