Netbackup -Unable to kill
Backups are failing in the backup server.Tried restarting the netbackup services with bpkill.but it is unable to kill all processes.Please help to resolve this issue

You have zombies and other processes.
Have you tried kill, then "kill -9" on the non-zombies? If "kill -9" doesn't work, you are hung on I/O.
To kill the zombies you have to kill the zombie masters:

I couldnot kill with kill -9.
But the issue seems to be resolved after I went into Glance and selected the option Process System calls.
Can someone confirm this is the one which solved my problem
