Netscape Directory Server for HP-UX(J4258BA)installation problem

I downloaded the above product from software.hp.com and installed it succesfully using swinstall
Trying to run the directory server fails with the error message
PR_Accept() failed, error 5987 (Invalid function argument.)

I can't find any document explaining the error codes so has anybody any idea or encountered a similar problem ???

Hi

This is caused by installation of patch [PHNE_23456/PACHRDME/English] or [PHNE_22397/PACHRDME/English] , without it's
pre-requisite patch [PHKL_22840/PACHRDME/English] or it's predecessor PHKL_21857. Ensure all
pre-requisite patches to [PHNE_23456/PACHRDME/English] or [PHNE_22397/PACHRDME/English] are installed and configured.

Thanks for the hint !! PHKL_22840 was missing. I installed it and the directory server is now operational.
