OS: 10.20
VaultNES A.03.50 Netscape Enterprise Server
Dear expert,
My cusotmer got a problem about networking banking connection from client to Netscape web server. Sometimes the connect would failed and need to restart the Netscape Enterprise Server.
Due to this is an old system. And I've idea how to troubleshoot such these problem.
Could anyone give me some suggestion what logs can be collected first?
Thanks,

Re: Netscape Enterprise Server fails
Hello there,
Please give more details about the problem. What is the client setup. How it connects to server (http, https), etc.
-What error message it gives
-Is it frequent
From Server:
Check the log file of netscape server
Check /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log
Regards.
