Hi,
actually the definition of "baud" does not go well with the definition of speed of an LAN interace card!
It is used with modems, though.
Modem's speed is measured in "baud", which is kind of signal-changes-per-second, whereas LANIC's speed is measured in bits-per-second.
And since one signal-change can be used for more than one bit (think of compression), go figure...

Thanks for all,I used I command lanadmin - s PPAname. Some of the servers retornan the value speed = XXXXXX, others return the message:
