I got a message from my /etc/rc.log, saying "Error: Invalid duplex value for lan0 interface", output from /sbin/rc2.d/S323hpbase100. (10.20) I compare this file with another (working fine) server and everything is the same. I also compare the "ioscan -fkC lan" output from those 2 and the only difference is that the one getting error message is "built-in #2", same driver, same S/W state. This result in slower throuput. The cisco switch is at 100 Full for my workstations and servers and everythins is fine, this is the only server giving me some problem?

Re: Network interface setup
Hi:
Do 'lanadmin -x'. This sounds like an auto-negotiation issue. If auto-negotiation is "ON" you may want to turn this OFF. See this thread for a discussion:
