Network Printer Install

I have a new HP 9000 with ux-11.
I can't figure out how to setup a network printer
on the system. SAM tells me I need an optional package called jet direct
(appearently not installed), and the admin books only cover local and remote
printers.
Everything says I need jetdirect sw-
Anyone able to help? (besides the obvious....)

You do need JetDirect, Jet Admin, which is a free, downloadable set of network
printer utilities.
Check out http://www.hp.com/net_printing/ppss/ja_info.html
for the link to download the software for your HP-UX systems. Typically when an
HP network capable printer is purchased, it will come with the JetAdmin
software, but not for HP-UX.

PS-Installation of JetAdmin only takes a few minutes, and no reboot is
required!
