I have now only problems with network services, they are not ok.
ftp:
Conection closed by remote host
telnet, rlogin are not working.
In sam they are enabled.
nmap 21port open
What could be the problem.
Maybe some permissions.
The host file is edited for this 2 machines.

Might be you are ping'ing another machine but no network services work!
Just disconnect the cable and try doing a ping to the ip.
Also check whether inetd is running
check whether the services are enabled in /etc/services and then check whether the services are not commented in the /etc/inetd.conf file and then do a
#/usr/sbin/inetd -c

inetd runs, I didn't see ftp or ftpd.
At the momen't is ftp important.
nmap machine 21 open
I tryed with ip.

Try doing a #insf -e
to re-install all the telnet device files
