Network Utilization
I have two N Class Systems. Each System have two lancards (lan0 and lan1).
lan0 is connected to public (company)network. Lan1 is connected to private
network(In this system a and system b only there).
I am trying to copy files from System A to System B. It utilizes lan0 only
instead of lan1. I am using the system B lan1 ip address only while copying.
What could be the problem? Even though I am specify the lan1 ip, it uses
lan0 card to transfer.
Pls help me.

Re: Network Utilization
It sounds like the two lan cards are not on different IP-subnets. Thy need to be in order to control this.

Re: Network Utilization
Hi,
Could you post some further information, the output from 'netstat -in' and 'netstat -rnv' from both servers would be useful.
Regards,
John
