NETWORKDAEMON, Network Read Failed

syslog contains:
syslog: PROGRAM=NETWORKDAEMON, Network Read Failed, returned: -1 (232), last command:DONE|

I'm getting a few of these messages... any clue how to trouble shoot as to why this is happening ?
