Solution
You have Legato Networker installed. Their startup script has an error in it - probably the full path name to the basename command is missing and not available in the $PATH at that point in the startup. You could go in and edit the script your self to put the full path name in or you might try upgrading Networked to a more current version in hopes that Legato has finally fixed this annoying, but harmless error.

Hi,
are you using networker ??
If so you must correct the PATH.
If you don't use networker check if networker was recently installed and remove it (some oracle upgrade provide an networker installation by default).
