New Filesystem

I am running 11.11 on a K570, patches pretty well.

I am trying to create /app on 2 drives.
It fails using sam when trying to mount it. the LV and VG were created just fine.

When I try to mount it I get:
#mount /app
vxfs mount: /dev/vgapp/lvol1 is already mounted, /app is busy,
or allowable number of mount points exceeded

I ran fuser to see if anything has /app, and nothing does.
UNIX IS GOOD
