New rp7410 could not boot

Hi Friends,

I have a newly purchased rp7410 server, I tried booting several times it could not boot, the POST is ok but as soon as the booting process try to load the OS from the Hard and even CDROM (for fresh reinstallation) the attention and fault light begins to blink and the booting process will try to reload the OS. This keeps on again and again. I check the firmware and it seems ok. Find in the attach, the system revision.
From the MP console, I check sl,vfp, pim hpmc, el, df, sysrev, cp, etc, I could not pick any meaningful diagnostic information from it.
Please, I need clues to resolve this problem.

Thanks.

Charles
