NFS client no output for quota -v


Hi,

I have a NFS server that has quota enable on it filesystems that is to be exported. quota -v shows output.

However on the client, I used automounter to mount it using quota option in the auto.direct file. But when i execute quota -v, there is no output? any one can help?

As you have set quota on NFS server you wil not get an ouput on cients. And why is it needed .. if somebody go beyond it they would get a NFS write failure !
