nfs/disk behavior
Hola,
I am getting some strange behavior regarding a file server and client, using nfs. When on the client I type "cd ~tcs" then a tab to fill in the rest of the user name in tcsh I get the following error message,
root:~ 1 > cd ~tcsfree(40023e28) bad block, (memtop = 4003d800 membot = 400147f0)
I think the error message starts with free in the above line.
I am J5600 with hp11 on both machines, on most machines it happen, but not all, two machines it does not happen are a hp11 and hp1020. So I do not think there is a disk problem, nor OS problem. And I only get this error message in tcsh not bash?
Anybody seen this before or got any ideas?
