NFS File System Limit

I have a HPUX 11.11 server with a 300GB file system with 1.2 million inodes used. There is a remote HPUX 11.0 server and I would like to NFS mount this f/s on this server. Are there any limitations on the size of the f/s for NFS mounts.. This will be mounted over WAN..

Re: NFS File System Limit

There are no limits for NFS mounts. The only limits are set by the OS which specify the FS size limit for various versions of JFS/Disk layout. Check out the foll. link for the limits
http://docs.hp.com/en/5971-2383/5971-2383.pdf

In this case the HPUX 11.0 server should very well be able to mount the FS.
