NFS for oracle E-Business shared appltop
Is it advisable to go with HP NFS (Network file system option ) for Oracle E_business shared appltop.
We are in process of upgrading E-business suite to 11.5.10.2. We have 10g RAC (10.2.0.4) Database on HP PA_risc server running on 2 Node. E_business suite 11.5.10.2 Concurrent and admin server is going to run on this Two DB nodes. Apache and forms server is running on another HP Unix tier with 2 HP pa risc node. HP EVA 8100 is SAN storage.
We would like to implement shared appltop for Concurrent and apps tier for PCP configuration and minimizing maintance downtime like patch applications.
Is it advisable to go with HP NFS (Network file system option ) for shared appltop.
Please advice.
Thanks in advice.
