You need to detail your problem. So we could undertand exacly were could be the error.
So you need to tell. What is your server ( model o.s. name ) What is your client ( model o.s. name ).
The NFS hangs ( start now or always have this strange bievior ) .
Please post more details then maybe we can help.
With that information, I advice to do a restart to the NFS services and see if the problem maintains.

From your logs I think it's a stale NFS which you get in every now and then, and then it comes back. Check your network connection to that NFS server, maybe the flapping is there.
