I am looking for NLS bundle name for HP-ux 11.v1 and also I need your help to get the manual entry for asusal command. Please help.

perhaps you look for

OS-Core.NLS-AUX

Some man pages in the NLS area:

man locale
man environ

maybe this command can help you:
swlist -l fileset | grep -i NLS
