No buffer space

I am running a web server on an HP K420, 1CPU, 640Mb. I have noticed in the oraias daemon access_logs the following error message:
[error 233]No buffer space available: accept: (client socket). I noticed a user ftp'ing at the time of the error. The man page on accept explains this, as socket unable to accept the request, and it is not that critical. My question is, is there a risk while a user is running a timeconsuming ftp job, of a DOS for other httpd requests from outside?

Re: No buffer space

Also, by using the search function - available on the left side under "IT resource center", you can search for the string "No buffer space available":
