no logins are working on console.

Hi experts,

I have an A-Class which is used as an admin server for HP remote support to login. My problem is I can login with a telnet session or a CRT session or something like that. I am wondering why I can't login on the lan console..!! It gives no error messages but gives the login prompt just after typing the password.

Seems funny..?

Any thoughts on this?

Now I am doing a cold reset.

hi syam,

you are not able to login through console or lan console.check the lan console ip is denied in the /var/adm/inetd.sec file.
