no response to SNMP get from HP-UX 11.11

System HP-UX 11.11
Patch PHSS_26138 was installed.

snmp related daemons were started. At the first, it response the snmp get request from a network management server. But the server stop responding to the snmp get request. The snmp processes, snmpdm, hp_uxixagt, mib2agt and trapdestagt were running.

After restarting these process, the server is able to response to snmp get request from the same nms system.

Please kindly advise what could be the problem.
