Not able to access remote desktop with Xmanager software

Hi all,

We are using Xmanager software to access the remote desktop of HP-UX server from my windows clients. After accepting username and password, there is no response from screen.
I restarted the server and problem got solved. After some time again same problem is repeated. Now i don't have option to restart the server.

Can anybody help on this please. This is urgent.

Does it work for any of your Windows clients?

Can you change your communication method (in X software on Windows machine) from broadcast to passive?
Then:
- login to HP-UX server
- export DISPLAY=IPofPC:0 (note the colon 0)
- run /usr/bin/X11/xclock

This should pop a clock program up on your PC. If this works then I bet its a config issue on your Windows software.
