Hi,
we configured the HPUNIX11.23 in pure ipv6 network, now the machine is having only ipv6 address. i edited nsswitch.conf, hosts,netconf-ipv6,resolv.conf files, but i am getting problem with nslookup, if i make nslookup it is looking in to /etc/hosts after some time. but i am able to ping any system with hostname on ipv6 network. Only nslookup is notworking, My ?s is is nsllookup is limited ipv4 and dualstatck on HPUNIX11.23. please respond me

Gopi,
The tool nslookup is designed for testing nameserver behaviour, and in order to provide the level of flexibility it gives, does not directly call the resolver APIs.
As a general rule, it is not appropriate to use nslookup for verification of resolver behaviour.
HP will fine tune this nslookup tool, but still work in progress.
