Hi,
I have a problem where my HP-UX 11.23 system is reaching 60 maximum concurrent telnet sessions. I've changed NSTRTEL=240 and rebuilt the kernel however I still seem to have the limit in place. I've found treads that mention running insf -d pts -s 240 -e -v however can someone confirm this is the case, I thought SAM did this automatically. Also, if I need to run insf can I do this in multiuser mode with users logged in?
Thanks

Solution
Shalom,
Yes insf can be run during multi user mode login.
insf -e is sufficient though.
As is the reboot required after changing NSTRREL.
