PHNE_27223
PHNE_23697
PHNE_19711
PHNE_24512
PHNE_22722
Repost: 03/07/16
The Special Installation Instructions section of the patch
documentation was modified to clarify that extra steps may
be necessary to properly restart xntpd(1M) following the
patch installation if a reboot occurred as a result of the
installation session.
Special Installation Instructions:
When this patch is installed with other software or patches
that will cause a system reboot, and the xntpd daemon is
enabled in the system, then the xntpd daemon may not start
properly after the system reboot following the initial
installation. To ensure proper operation of xntpd(1M)
following the initial reboot, execute the following commands
after the system reboot to start the daemon properly:
/sbin/init.d/xntpd stop
/sbin/init.d/xntpd start
