what command lists the status of the NTp server and clients ?

ans from following options ???

a ntpstat
b ntp date
c ntpq
d ntpdrift

At it again eh?

You should really try looking at the man pages for the commands to help determine what they do.

I think what you are looking for in this case though is ntpq
