number of CPU's in a HP ICOD ENV

Measurement of number of CPU's in a HP ICOD (instant capacity on demand) environment is often inflated when I query for number of CPU's.

There might be a smaller, possibly fractional, number of logical CPU's in actual use, while the current script only counts physical CPU's.
Is there anything that can be done to report this information more accurately?
