nwmgr - hpux 11.23

I'm trying to find out where nwmgr is located. It wasn't added to our server with a full enterprise installation and I wasn't able to find it on the software pack and IE dvds. Is this command still available with 11.23? If it is, could someone please tell me where I might find it. Thanks!

you'll have to use lanadmin. i believe that nwmgr is only on 11i v3.
