I have installed omniback in UNIX to make backups,that in omniback I can integrate UNIX and windos NT, as profit this?

Omni Back Version 3.5 cna integerate the WIN NT stufff , we need to load agents on the NT netwrok and define the back ups .

If I understand your question then yes you can backup both UNIX and NT servers/workstations
using OmniBack II. The Cell Server can be UNIX or NT. The drives (media agents) can reside on either UNIX, NT, or both with the proper licensing.
If you need to you can even backup a UNIX file
and restore it to an NT server or vice versa.

( take care of the licenses ) :

Cell server HP-UX
Drives on HP-UX
client on NT
Drives on NT
Backup of HP-UX normal
Backup of NT through the network

Cellserver NT
Drives on NT
Client on HP-UX
Drives on HP-UX
Backup of NT normal
Backup of HP-UX through the netowrk

You should check, what gives you a larger network load.
