online research
I get the task to find as many surfisticated virtual agents as possible and I despair. Virtual agents are aiders on websites of companies who helps the visitor through the page. You will better know what I meen if you watch on this Website: www.Agentland.com
There is a virtual agent calls cybelle.
If anyone of you know some other websites where such a virtual agent helps the customers please tell me.
I know that all the other problems on this websites more complicated put this is very imortant for me and a friend told me that the user of this forum can help me by every problem
so it would be nice if someone anserwes me and koows some websites
-bob-
P.s.another example is this website

Re: online research
I don't see anything wrong with your query.
Many of HP's pages have a "click to chat online with an HP representative" button. The Support Agreement Manager is one such example:

Re: online research
I checked the ikea URL (domain name registration aso.), then the link itself.
It is no scam directing you to some virus/hoax.
The request from Bob is finding search engines that have an attitude like old Eliza :-) he, he.
{If you never have spoken with Eliza, try search google for: Eliza Artificial intelligence}
The "Agent" is a search engine which:
- remove irrelevant connector words and phrases from your input
- search for an appropriate match
Then output either:
- a web-page with match
- ask you to rephase the "question"/input
--------------
Bob, I assume you're not interested in web sites where there is a true human being answering 24 hours...
HP have such support at: http://h20278.www2.hp.com/HPISWeb/customer/HPInstantSupport.aspx?callfrom=acp
