OnlineDiag for HPUX 10.20

hi all,
i'm running hpux 10.20 on a 9000/800/K580 server.
has anyone an idea where i can get the latest OnlineDiag version, available for hpux 10.20????

i suggest my version is a very old one:
# swlist -l bundle | grep Online

"OnlineDiag B.10.20.18.13 HPUX 10.0 Support Tools Bundle"

Rob,

HP has been withdrawing 10.20 offerings. There is a archive of patch bundles for unsupported operating systems ( http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/wrap.do?pageKey=patch.jsp.archiveJump&admit=-1335382922+1101212568706+28353475 ), but 10.20 is not present and it is not present in the current offerings. Is there any chance you can upgrade to 11.x? It would make your life a lot easier.

Indeed it's old, It's June 2000.
B.10.20.18.13 (A.21.00/IPR 0006/EMS A.3.20)

Contact your local Hardware CE. They may still have the software on media.

@pete: i hope 05 is the last year, we have to support that platform! - unfortunately there is no possibility to upgrade to 11i!

Just to confirm what others have suggested, the very last release of OnlineDiags for 10.20 was A.29.00, December 2001, B.10.20.24. (See http://www.docs.hp.com/hpux/onlinedocs/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table )

The latest patch for that release, which should also be applied, is PHSS_29444 (that's for s800 systems, for s700 the patch is PHSS_29443).
