Only 28 of my 32 memory DIMM show up ?

Hello All,

We purchased 65536 MB of memory(2048*32=65536), but I only see 57344 MB from cstm? How do I, or where do I locate what happened to the other (4) 2048MB memory modules ?

The RAM from slots 2A - 2D is missing.

Did you get any errors when the machine booted? Perhaps something about different part numbers or not all DIMMs being available?

The first thing I would do is shut down and open the box back up and reseat the DIMMs in slots 2A-2D.

If HP did this, call them and tell them to come out and fix it.
