Openmail problem

Currently, my system running openmail system in HP-UX 11. One of my user complain that he has lost his mail after 5-7 days. But our configuration for deleting old mail which older than 21 days. Please advice

Hi,
First try inconsitencies check bye running omscan on the users mailbox. If you are you facing this problem with only a particular user then check which client he is using. And also run omtidyu and omlimit.

Also check ~openmail/sys/user.cfg if a user has indivual config.
