Openmail User Restore......

I need to restore a user message and I am unsure how to do it. We are running the latest version of Openmail with the latest periodic patch to the system. We backup using an fbackup. The first step is to identify the users /var/opt/openmail/user but I am unsure how to identify that. I know I saw the steps before on the openmail site, but it is no longer available:( Can someone help me out with the steps? With more details on how to find the users directory?
