can any body help me how to compile a 32 bit openssl using the source located at Servername:/openssl-0.9.8e

Any reason you don't download the one from software.hp.com?

I don't know you get a choice? And if any, the extra disk space.

openssl 64-bit version has been installed on server with HP-UX B.11.11. Now user want to install a 32-bit openssl on the same server, to match his previous environment.What is the diffrence between installing a 64-bit version and 32-bit version. Is openssl-0.9.8e is a 32-bit version..?

You would need to use "swlist -l fileset" on the product.

No clue. I assumed you would get both in the same depot.
