Optical mouse on HP-UX?

One of the users wants to replace his old mouse with an optical three button mouse (must not have a scroll wheel, even though I have told him the wheel will work as a middle button).

He has identified an HP-DY651A as a potential candidate and has asked me to check if it will work on a C3700 running HP-UX 11.11 before asking the company to buy it. Any ideas?

According to german websites, DY651A is compatable with C3700.
