Options for igniting different servers

Hello Everyone,

My apologies if this question has been asked earlier.  We have a RX3600 server, running HPUX 11.31.  As part of our disaster recovery planning, what options do we have of using the ignite from that server, to ignite a different server?  Could we ignite any similar itanium server, or would we only be able to ignite a second RX3600 server?

You can restore an Ignite from one machine onto machines of a different model than the source.

HP has two whitepapers you should probably read while considering using something other than an rx3600 for your recovery platform.
