Oracle 10G very slow during Installation

Hi Guys
where can i get the patches for Itanium servers .In itrc the patch details are shown for s 700,800 whill those one work with itanium also ??
Iam facing a problem in installing oracle 10g in rx2600. the installation progress is very slow.its taking nearly 8 to 10 mins for increase in 1 percent. and in sar the wio usage is showing as 100%
I hav installed the september gold plus patch cd ..and i had done the kernal tunning also as per the oracle documents..still the response is slow

As long as you define 11.23 you have itanium patches

This is possible in itrc
