Oracle 9iAS Infrastructure

I am trying to install the Oracle 9iAS release 2 Infrastructure on an HP-UX 11.00. The install and link work correctly, but half of the Configuration tools fail.

Has anyone got it installed completely that could tell me what all they did? Or could someone direct to another site where people might know? The Oracle forums didn't help at all.
