oracle forms using strange log dir

Another database, running in the twlight zone. I have oracle EBS running on hp server (11.23), single tier system. There are logs sometimes produced under /var/opt/omni/log (data protector log dir). Using lsof (lsof -u oracle11 | grep var), shows numerous entries for f60webmx processes, owned by oracle11 user, with open file /var/opt/omni/log. There is nothing in the oracle11 env with this directory. The process isnot started in that directory. any ideas?
