Oracle I-Expense install problems

I hope someone has run into this. We are installing the patches for oracle I-Expense on our production server, which ran fine on the dev server. There is a difference between dev and prod however. The dev server is running 11i and the prod server is running 11.0. Before you jump on me about that, it was an unavoidable problem. The dev server ran fine but we run into memory issues with production. The difference are as follows:
