We are planned to install Oracle 9i v9.2.0.6, I want to know whether it is oracle certified or not...

The following information is available on Oracle Metalink web site.
Oracle 9.2 (64 bits) is certified for :
11i v2 (11.23)and 11i v1.6 (11.22)

Please check Metalink for required OS patches.

Hi,

Normally you will have to install version 9.2.0.2 (base for 9i on Itanium - HP-UX) and install patches until 9.2.0.6.
Check for a script called InstallPre9i.sh in metalink for pre-reqs to install Oracle 9i.
